摘要
进行公务员职业人格塑造,必须以组织管理活动为基础。运用行政文化来培育职业精神,通过组织管理来打造职业能力,以行政价值观来模塑职业行为。只有让广大公务员在价值观念上对行政组织管理活动的制度的认可时,才能作为一种价值观念而在其思想中产生,对其行为产生约束作用,才能塑造良好的公务员职业人格。
The building of civil servants'occupation personality should be based on the organization and management activities, by using the administrative culture to cultivate the spirit of occupation, applying the organization management to construct the occupa- tion ability, as to act the occupation activities by the administrative value. Only by making the mass civil servants recognize the systems of the administrative organizational management activities in their values could they be produced as values in their minds and could they restrict the civil servants" behavior and shape their good vocational personality.
