The thesis takes Faure＇ s Art songs as the research object. His music -creating career is divided as three periods and his three song collections are published at different times in these periods. The thesis analyzes the artistic temperament of Faure＇ s songs and highlights his unique artistic temperament. At the same time, the thesis explores the evolution of his style and studies his contribution to the creation of French ＇ s art songs.
