喜炎平注射液联合头孢唑林对金黄色葡萄球菌感染小鼠外周血中性粒细胞和腹腔巨噬细胞吞噬功能的影响研究 被引量:7

摘要 目的探讨喜炎平注射液联合头孢唑林对金黄色葡萄球菌感染小鼠外周血中性粒细胞和腹腔巨噬细胞吞噬功能的影响。方法选取昆明种小鼠70只,经腹腔注射9×108/ml金黄色葡萄球菌菌液0.2 ml,选择其中出现明显发热反应小鼠40只,根据发热程度编号并随机分为空白对照组、头孢唑林组、喜炎平注射液组及联合用药组,每组10只;另选10只直肠温度正常小鼠作为正常对照组。正常对照组和空白对照组小鼠给予0.9%氯化钠溶液腹腔注射,头孢唑林组小鼠给予头孢唑林腹腔注射,喜炎平注射液组小鼠给予喜炎平注射液腹腔注射,联合用药组给予喜炎平注射液联合头孢唑林腹腔注射;各组小鼠均连续腹腔注射给药7 d。计算各组小鼠外周血中性粒细胞实际吞噬率、吞噬指数及腹腔巨噬细胞吞噬率、吞噬指数。结果空白对照组、头孢唑林组小鼠外周血中性粒细胞实际吞噬率、吞噬指数低于正常对照组,喜炎平注射液组、联合用药组小鼠外周血中性粒细胞实际吞噬率、吞噬指数高于空白对照组和头孢唑林组(P<0.05)。空白对照组、头孢唑林组小鼠腹腔巨噬细胞吞噬率、吞噬指数低于正常对照组,喜炎平注射液组、联合用药组小鼠腹腔巨噬细胞吞噬率、吞噬指数高于空白对照组和头孢唑林组(P<0.05)。结论喜炎平注射液联合头孢唑林可促进金黄色葡萄球菌感染小鼠外周血中性粒细胞和腹腔巨噬细胞吞噬功能恢复正常,继而增强机体抗感染能力及药物杀菌作用。 Objective To investigate the impact of xiyanping injection combined with cefazolin on cytophagocytosis of neutrophils in peripheral blood and macrophages in enterocoelia in mice with Staphylococcus aureus infection. Methods A total of 60 Kunming mice were selected at first,all of them were given intraperitoneal injection of Staphylococcus aureus bacteria liquid at dose of 0. 2 ml(9× 10^8/ml),and then 40 mice with obvious fever were selected and randomly divided into groups A,B,C, D,each of 10 mice. A total of 10 mice with normal rectal temperature were selected as control group. Mice of control group and A group were given intraperitoneal injection of 0. 9% sodium chloride injection,mice of B group were given intraperitoneal injection of cefazolin, mice of C group were given intraperitoneal injection of xiyanping injection, mice of D group were given intraperitoneal injection of xiyanping injection combined with cefazolin;all of the five groups were continuously injected for 7 days. Actual phagocytosis rate and phagocytic index of neutrophils in peripheral blood,phagocytosis rate and phagocytic index of macrophages in enterocoelia were calculated. Results Actual phagocytosis rate and phagocytic index of neutrophils in peripheral blood,phagocytosis rate and phagocytic index of macrophages in enterocoelia of groups A and B were statistically significantly lower than those of control group(P﹤0. 05),those of groups C and D were statistically significantly higher than those of groups A and B(P﹤0. 05). Conclusion Xiyanping injection combined with cefazolin can promote the recovery of cytophagocytosis of neutrophils in peripheral blood and macrophages in enterocoelia in mice with Staphylococcus aureus infection,improve the body's resistance to infection and the drugs'disinfection effect.
