面部激素依赖性皮炎中医治疗思路与进展

Approaches and Advances of Chinese Medicine in Treating Facial Hormone Dependence Dermatitis

面部激素依赖性皮炎中医认为主要是外受药毒之邪,日久郁而化热蕴毒所致,火、热、毒、燥为主要致病因素。目前治疗大多是内外合治,总的原则是清热泻火、凉血解毒、养阴润燥。其中外治法治疗面部激素依赖性皮炎有明显的特色和优势,包括湿(冷)敷、冷喷(雾化)、熏蒸、外搽等。中药外洗剂、喷雾剂、面膜是今后研究的方向。

In Chinese medicine, Facial hormone dependence dermatitis is mainly caused by exogenous pathogens of drug intoxication which gradually transforms into heat-toxin syndrome. The chief pathogenic factors are fire, heat, toxin and dryness. At present, the combination of internal and external therapies is widely applied in clinical practice. The general principles are clearing heat and reducing fire, cooling blood to removing toxins, and nourishing yin to moisten dryness. The external therapy which includes wet （cold） compress, cold spray （nebulization）, fuming-steaming, and external application etc. shows more features and advantages obviously. The treatments of lotion, nebula and facial mask with Chinese medicine will be the main research direction in the future.
