摘要
颗粒的力学分析是粗颗粒管道运输的重要研究内容,流态化下颗粒力学研究是一种有效的研究方法。为了研究流态化条件下上升水流中粗砂颗粒所受阻力,利用实验手段,分别对颗粒直径为0.5 mm、1.2 mm、2 mm、3.3 mm和4.5 mm的粗砂颗粒在垂直水流中的流动阻力进行了分析研究。实验数据结果表明,粗砂颗粒还受到额外阻力作用。由此提出了采用干涉力前增加额外阻力系数来描述该额外阻力的方法。通过对实验数据的拟合,给出了额外阻力系数的表达式,并给出了额外阻力同水流上升平均速度和颗粒粒径的变化关系。
The researching about Forcing analysis of particle is very important in coarse particles pipeline transportation. The studying particle sizes are 0.5mm, 1.2mm, 2mm, 3.3mm and 4.5mm. The results of experimental data showing there is additional resistance to coarse sand particles. It used a kind of method adding additional drag coefficient forward interference force to show the extra resistance. By fitting the experimental data, the extra resistance formula and the relationship between additional resistance, average velocity of the rising flow and the diameter of prticle were obtained.
