Overview about “Chongqing Forum on Mountainous Area Economy and Society Development”

我国山地区域集中在14个集中连片特困区,"山地区域经济社会发展重庆论坛"旨在为我国14个集中连片特困地区经济社会发展提出新思路,促进跨行政区的分工合作,实现互利共赢。论坛紧紧围绕山地区域经济发展相关理论、山地特色产业选择、山地旅游业发展、山地城镇化、山地财政金融等问题进行研讨。会议总结认为,推进我国集中连片特困区发展应在生态环境保护前提下,做好城镇发展规划、选择特色产业,依靠政府和市场力量共同推进扶贫攻坚计划实施。

The mountainous area is mainly distributed in the 14 concentrated poor districts in the country. ＂The Forum （Chongqing）on Mountainous Area Economy ＆Society Development＂ which mainly focus on the new ideas on economic and social development, strengthen the cooperation and coordination among administrative districts, mutual benefit etc. It is involved in the related theories on mountainous area, the industries with mountainous area characteristics, mountainous area tourist trade,mountainous area urbanization, fiscal ＆financial policies adopted by government and so on. Finally, The forum drew conclusions that it must be make the urban plan carefully, choose the features of characteristic industries meticulously, and make full use of the power of market and government to push the poverty - relief program which all should be under the circumstance of environment protection.
