44例糖尿病周围神经病变患者应用3种药物联合治疗的临床研究

Clinical Study 44 Cases of Diabetic Peripheral Neuropathy Patients Using Three Drugs in Combination Therapy

目的探究分析3种药物联合治疗糖尿病周围神经病变的临床效果。方法该研究以该院收治的44例糖尿病周围神经病变患者为研究对象,将其随机分为对照组和观察组,每组22例。对对照组患者采用甲钴胺联合前列地尔进行治疗,对观察组患者采用依帕司他、甲钴胺联合前列地尔进行治疗,然后观察两组患者的临床效果。结果经过治疗之后,观察组和对照组的临床总有效率分别为95.50%、63.64%,观察组临床总有效率明显优越于对照组(P<0.05)。结论依帕司他、甲钴胺联合前列地尔治疗糖尿病周围神经病变,具有良好的临床效果,能够有效的改善糖尿病周围神经病变症状,同时促进末梢神经传导功能的恢复,具有安全可靠性,值得在临床上应用和推广。

Objective To explore the analysis of three drug combination therapy of diabetic peripheral neuropathy clinical results. Methods In this study, in July 2013-2014 July 44 cases admitted to our hospital with diabetic peripheral neuropathy patients for the study were randomly divided into control group and observation group, 22 cases in each group. For the control group were treated with mecobalamin alprostadil treatment, observation group were treated with epalrestat, mecobalamin alprostadil treatment, and then observe the clinical effect of the two groups of patients. Results After treatment, the clinical observation group and the control group total effective rate was 95.50%, 63.64%, respectively, of the total clinical effective observation group was significantly superior to the control group（P〈0.05）.Conclusion epalrestat, mecobalamin alprostadil treatment of diabetic peripheral neuropathy, with good clinical results, can effectively improve the symptoms of diabetic peripheral neuropathy, while promoting the recovery of peripheral nerve conduction, with the security and reliability, worthy of clinical application and promotion.
