消渴丸作为二线用药治疗2型糖尿病的临床研究

Clinical Study of Diabetes Pills Applied in the Treatment of Type 2 Diabetes as second-line drugs

目的观察消渴丸联合二甲双胍治疗2型糖尿患者的临床疗效。方法将78例患者随机分为研究组与对照组各39例,两组均采用饮食、生活方式干预及原二甲双胍治疗。在此基础上,研究组予合并口服消渴丸治疗,对照组予合并口服标准药物格列本脲片,两组治疗前后均查空腹血糖、餐后2 h血糖、糖化血红蛋白,探讨消渴丸联合二甲双胍治疗2型糖尿病患者的临床疗效。结果研究组空腹血糖、餐后2 h血糖、糖化血红蛋白均有显著下降,对照组仅空腹血糖、餐后2 h血糖有显著下降,但两组间的改善比较差异没有显著性。治疗后研究组达标率(糖化血红蛋白>7.0%)51.3%;对照组达标率41.0%,研究组高于对照组,但两组间的改善比较差异没有显著性。结论消渴丸作为二线药物联合二甲双胍疗效可靠,值得临床推广应用。

objective To observe the clinical curative effect of Xiaoke pill combined with metformin in the treatment of patients with type 2 diabetes.Methods 78 patients were randomly divided into study group and control group with 39 cases in each group, two groups use the diet, lifestyle intervention and metformin in the treatment of primary.On this basis, combined group was treated with Xiaoke pill treatment, control group was given combination oral drug standard Glibenclamide Tablets, before and after treatment in two groups were fasting blood glucose, postprandial 2H blood glucose, glycated hemoglobin, to discuss the therapeutic effect of Xiaoke pill combined with metformin in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus.Results Research group of fasting blood glucose, 2h postprandial blood glucose, glycosylated hemoglobin decreased significantly, the control group only fasting blood glucose, postprandial 2H blood glucose was significantly decreased, but the two groups did not differ significantly improved comparison. After the treatment, study group compliance rate （HbHAIc〉7%） in 51.3%;the control group compliance rate of 41%, the study group was higher than control group, but between the two groups did not differ significantly improved comparison.Conclusion Effect of Xiaoke pill combined with metformin as second-line drugs, reliable, worthy of clinical application.
