妊娠糖尿病患者血糖异常和剖宫产指征的相关性探讨

Blood Glucose in Diabetic Patients with Abnormal Pregnancy and Cesarean Section to discuss the Correlation between Syndrome

目的分析关于妊娠糖尿病患者并发剖宫产的指征状况,并作其相关性的研究。方法选择2011年9月—2014年6月95例的妊娠糖尿病孕妇(观察组)作为研究对象,另外选取同时期普通孕妇78例作为对照组。观察两组孕妇剖宫产指征的发生率。结果观察组产妇剖的宫产率为27.37%(26/95),高于对照组孕妇的剖宫产率为7.69%(6/78),比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。另外,观察组的剖宫产指征当中巨大儿与胎儿窘迫以及妊高征的发生率分别为34.62%(9/26)、23.08%(6/26)和26.92%(7/26),全部高于对照组(0.0%,16.67%,16.67%),组间比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论糖尿病明显地增加了孕妇剖宫产指征的发生率,特别是巨大胎儿与胎儿窘迫症以及孕妇妊高征等,所以,应当加强产前检查,高度重视产妇的控制血糖,以减少妊娠糖尿病不良母婴结局的发生,促进母婴健康。

In addition, the observation group of cesarean section indications among macrosomia and fetal distress, pregnancy induced hypertension syndrome occurred in 34.62%（9/26）, 23.08%（6/26） and 26.92%（7/26）, are all higher than that of the control group （0%, 16.67%, 16.67%）, comparison between groups exist obvious differences （P greater than 0.05 the statistical significance）. Conclusion diabetes significantly increased maternal cesarean section refers to the occurrence rate of syndrome, especially the fetal macrosomia and fetal distress, pregnancy induced hypertension patients, so, should strengthen antenatal examination, attaches great importance to control blood glucose of maternal diabetes, in order to reduce the adverse maternal and neonatal outcomes of pregnancy, the promotion of maternal and child health.
