摘要 目的探讨尿微量蛋白检测在糖尿病肾病早期诊断中的应用及其意义。方法将2013年12月—2014年12月在该院内分泌科治疗的50例糖尿病肾病早期患者作为观察组,将同期50名健康体检者作为对照组,比较两组患者的尿微量蛋白定量检测结果及其阳性率。结果观察组空腹血糖、尿微量蛋白含量明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组尿微量蛋白阳性率也高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论尿微量蛋白检测在糖尿病肾病早期诊断中作用明显,对本病的早期治疗及病情评估均有重要意义。 Objective To investigate the application of detection of urinary microalbumin in early diagnosis of diabetic nephropathy and its significance. Methods 50 cases of early diabetic nephropathy patients in 2013 December -2014 year in December in Department of endocrinology of our hospital treatment as the observation group, compared with those of 50 healthy subjects served as control group, the detection results of two groups were compared quantitatively and the positive rate of urine trace protein. Results In the observation group, fasting blood glucose, urine protein content was significantly higher than the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P〈0.05);the positive rate of urine trace protein observation group is higher than that of the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P〈0.05). Conclusion The detection of urinary microalbumin in early diabetic nephropathy diagnosis obviously, the significance of early treatment and assessment of the disease have illness.
