个体化教育对糖尿病眼底病变的预防效果

摘要 目的探讨个体化教育对糖尿病眼底病变的预防效果。方法将2013年10月—2014年10月在该院内分泌科治疗的100例糖尿病眼底病变患者随机分为两组,对照组采用常规护理的方法,观察组在此基础上采用个体化教育,比较两组患者的疾病防治知识。结果观察组疾病防治知识掌握情况明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论个体化教育对糖尿病眼底病变具有良好的效果,能够提高患者的自我管理能力,增强治疗依从性。 Objective To study the effect of individualized education on the prevention of diabetic retinal pathological changes. Methods In October 2013-October 2014 in our hospital endocrinology treatment of 100 cases of diabetic patients with fundus diseases were randomly divided into two groups, control group adopts the method of routine nursing care, observation group on the basis of using individualized education, compare two groups of patients with the disease prevention and control of knowledge. Results The disease prevention knowledge of observation group was obviously better than control group, the difference was statistically significant (P〈0.05). Conclusion Individualized education has good effect on diabetic retinal pathological changes, can improve the patient’s self management ability, enhance the treatment adherence.
