摘要
利用主成分分析方法对滁州市各个县、市、区2013年的综合经济实力进行比较研究,提出用贝叶斯分位数回归刻画每一指标因素在不同分位点处对综合经济实力的影响。实证结果显示,综合经济实力由强到弱排序依次为天长市、琅琊区、开发区、定远县、凤阳县、明光市、全椒县、来安县、南谯区,对排序结果进行成因分析,各个指标因素对综合经济实力的影响在不同分位点处具有不同的力度。启示政府在经济发展规划时应根据各个县、区、市的区位条件与资源禀赋差异,因地制宜、分区施策,重视每一地区优势资源对综合经济实力的提升作用。
The evaluation of comprehensive economic strength is based on the data from Chuzhou＇s third economic census.This article employs principal component analysis to evaluate comprehensive economic strength of every district and Bayesian quantile regression to capture the impacts of independent variables on comprehensive economic strength at different quantiles.The result suggests that the order is Tianchang City,Langya District,Kaifa District,Dingyuan County,Fengyang County,Mingguang City,Quanjiao County,Lai＇an County,Nanqiao District and the impact of every independent variable changes across quantiles. Government should adjust measures to local conditions to enhance comprehensive economic strength according to different locations and resources between districts.
