摘要
为构建科学合理的大学生评教指标体系,在参考文献资料及对滁州学院大学生问卷调查、专任教师和管理人员深度访谈的基础上,分析该校现行评教活动及评教指标体系中存在的问题,提出重构评教指标体系的建议,并诠释教学态度、教学内容、教学方法、教学实效性及服务性等指标内涵。
To build a scientific and rational indicator system of assessment,this paper firstly makes an analysis of problems existing in the present students' evaluation of teaching and its indicator system in Chuzhou University on the basis of reference books,questionnaire survey on students and in-depth interviews with full-time teachers and management personnel.Then it proposes to reconstruct students' evaluation of teaching indicator system and elaborates on teaching attitude,teaching content,teaching methods,teaching effectiveness as well as service-teaching.
