上海市徐汇区流动人口计划生育服务现状及满意度调查

The survey on the status of family planning services for migrant population and degree of satisfaction in Shanghai

目的 调查上海市徐汇区流动人口计划生育服务现状及对现居地计划生育服务满意程度,探讨满意度的影响因素。方法 2012年8~10月对上海市徐汇区所辖13个街道的符合条件的流动人口采用问卷进行面对面调查,调查内容包括人口学特征、在现居地接受计划生育服务情况以及对服务的满意度。结果 实际调查流动人口2 414人,其中男性651人,女性1 763人。研究对象常规计划生育服务接受率较低,仅“避孕/生殖健康知识宣教”一项超过30%;流动人口对现有计划生育服务满意度较差,仅6.1%表示满意。多因素Logistic回归模型提示：生育孩子数少、本科及以上学历、家庭人均年收入较低以及已婚人群更倾向于不满现有计划生育服务。结论 现有流动人口计划生育服务接受率仍然较低,流动人口对现居地计划生育服务的满意度较差。转变政府公共服务职能和理念,并推动有效的生殖健康/计划生育服务项目的开展对于提高流动人口生殖健康/流动人口服务的覆盖面和效能至关重要。

Objective To investigate the status of family planning services for migrant population in Xuhui district of Shanghai and degree of satisfaction for the services, and to explore the influencing factors of degree of satisfaction.Methods Eligible migrants from all 13 residential streets in Xuhui district were enrolled during Aug to Oct in 2012.Subjects were face-to-face surveyed by questionnaire.Investigation including demographic characteristics, the degree of satisfaction and situation of local family planning services.Results 2 414 migrants were surveyed, including 651 men and 1 763 women.The acceptance rate for conventional family planning was low, and only“contraception/reproductive health knowledge propaganda” exceeded 30 %.Migrant population felt poor satisfaction at existing family planning services, and only 6.1%expressed satisfaction.The Logistic regression model showed subjects who had fewer children, higher education level, less family annual income per capita and got married were more likely to be unsatisfied with the services.Conclusion The acceptance rate of existing family planning services by migrant population is still low.Migrant population presents poor degree of satisfaction with existing services.Transformation of government public health service function and concept and promotion of effective reproduction health/family planning programs will play an important role in improving coverage and efficacy of reproductive health/family planning services for migrant population.
