医学院校法医学专业学生对刑事诉讼专家出庭制度的态度分析

Analysis on the attitude of forensic medicine college students toward expert assistant system in criminal procedure

目的 调查法医学专业学生对修改后的《中华人民共和国刑事诉讼法》第一百九十二条专家出庭制度的态度及其影响因素.方法 自编调查问卷,对辽宁省某医学院校一年级～五年级的225名法医学专业学生进行问卷调查.结果 225名被调查者中,有30.7％的学生表示如果将来从事相关鉴定工作,在刑事诉讼有需要的时候,愿意以专家的身份出庭,对已有的鉴定意见提出意见;有16.4％的学生表示不愿意;52.9％的学生暂无明确态度.学生对刑事诉讼专家出庭制度的态度与其对该制度的认知、相关教育经历及相关教育接受意愿等因素具有较强相关性.结论 学校应当通过设置相关课程等方式,对法医学专业学生进行有关刑事诉讼专家出庭制度的宣传,加强他们的职业素养教育.

Objective To analyze the attitude of forensic medicine college students toward expert assistant system and its impact factors in criminal procedure.Methods A sample （n =225） was taken from the five grades in forensic medicine college of a medical university located in Liaoning Province.Results 30.7% of students were in favor of expert assistant system in criminal procedure,16.4% of students were against with it,and the rest 52.9% were undecided.The attitude of the forensic medicine college students toward expert assistant system in criminal procedure was related to the knowledge of expert assistant system,relevant educational experience to the expert assistant system and the desire for accepting the education.Conclusions It is necessary to improve conduct propaganda and occupation education about expert assistant system in criminal procedure by setting up the courses in universities.
