基于临床实际调研的微生物学检验实践教学改革探析

The discussion of microbiology test practical teaching reformation based on clinical practical research

微生物学检验是高技能型医学检验技术人才所必备的专业能力之一.为了提高微生物学检验的实践教学水平,北京卫生职业学院调研了北京地区30所医院检验科微生物室开展的检验项目、使用的检验仪器以及微生物检验工作应当具备的基本技能、专项技能及综合技能等.根据调研结果,建议更新实践教学内容,编写微生物学检验实训教学大纲及实训教材,改进教学方法和手段,加强学生实践技能的培养,培养符合岗位需要的实用型医学检验技术人才.

Microbiological test is one of the necessary professional abilities for high technique talents of medical laboratory technology.In order to improve the level of practice teaching of microbiology test,Beijing Health Vocational College researched on inspection items,inspection instruments and relevant skills in microbiology lab of clinical laboratory.The survey results on 30 hospitals of Beijing area suggested to update the practical teaching content,write the microbiology test training syllabus and training materials,improve teaching methods and means,and strengthen the training of practical skills to make the students become laboratory technology talents of practical medicine for the position requirements.
