摘要
目的 探讨护理学专业开展以学生为主体的情景模拟教学的教学效果.方法 对3届385名本科生实施情景模拟教学,实施前后使用Dundee教育环境评估量表从学习认知、教师认知、自我学习认知、学习环境认知、合作学习认知等方面评价教学效果,依据学生访谈提出的建议完善教学环节,改进教学效果.结果 实施前后3届学生除“学习环境认知”外,在教师认知、自我学习认知、合作学习认知和学习认知总分的差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01).结论 情景模拟教学为学生提供了全新的实践体验,能够促进学生自主学习,培养学生临床综合能力,但是应当加强实践环节的衔接和教师的督导,以提高实践教学的实效性.
Objective To design and evaluate case simulation teaching in nursing program.Methods 385 nursing students from three grades were taught with case simulation method and the teaching effects,including cognitive learning,cognitive teacher,cognitive self-learning,cognitive learning environment and cognitive cooperation were investigated with Dundee ready education environment measure,then the teaching strategies were adjusted according to students'interview.Results The learning experience scores was not significant difference,there were significant difference in total scores and latitudinal variation among the three grades.Conclusions The case simulation teaching could promote students clinical learning,but practical arrangements should be enhanced,in order to improve the teaching quality.
