摘要
目的 在基础护理学课程实践教学中开设综合实验设计并探索其学习效果.方法 选择海南医学院2009级和2010级四年制护理学专业141名学生为研究对象,其中,2010级78名学生为实验组,在传统实践教学的基础上加两次综合实验设计活动;2009级63名学生为对照组,仅采用按照传统实践方法教学.教学结束后,比较两组学生的基础护理学理论考核、技能考核成绩,并对两组学生进行问卷调查.结果 考核结果表明,实验组学生的技能成绩明显优于对照组学生,尤其在口试部分,两组学生成绩经检验,P<0.05.问卷调查结果显示,在自主学习能力、综合运用知识能力、分析和解决临床问题能力、创新意识方面,实验组学生与对照组学生比较,差异均有统计学意义,P<0.05.结论 利用综合实验设计学习护理技能,改变了传统技能学习的机械模仿和被动接受,激发了学生的学习兴趣,有利于学生形成临床思维,提高科研素养,培养创新意识.
Objective To explore the effect of comprehensive experimental-designed teaching in the course of basic nursing.Methods Selected grade of 2009,2010 nursing undergraduates in Hainan Medical College as the research object,experimental group came from grade 2010 nursing undergraduates while control group came from grade 2009 nursing undergraduates.Experimental-designed skill learning was applied in experimental group while traditional learning method was adopted in control group.Two groups of basic nursing skills and comprehensive ability were compared.Results The assessment results show that the experimental group was better than control group,especially in the verbal section (P〈0.05).The differences of autonomous learning ability,comprehensive-applied knowledge ability,analysis and problem solving ability and innovation consciousness showed significantly statistic difference between the two groups (P 〈 0.05).Conclusions Experimental-designed skill learning not only can change the traditional learning of mechanical imitation and passive but also can motivate students' learning interest,help cultivate clinical thinking and improve consciousness of innovation.
