我国医学院校研究生和教师对研究生课程体系的评价分析 被引量:1

Analysis on evaluation of graduate curriculum system of graduate students and teachers in China medical colleges and universities

摘要 了解医学院校研究生及教师对现行研究生课程体系的看法,旨在发现其不足并为今后提高医学研究生课程体系质量提供依据.对全国范围内21所医学院校的3227名研究生和421名教师的问卷调查结果进行分析,并比较研究生和教师对课程体系各方面的评价.结果发现,现行课程体系存在如下不足;课程体系在培养研究生的实际工作能力和创新能力方面较差;课程内容交叉性、综合性和实用性不足;必修课程学时数偏多,选修课程学时数偏少;教学方法依然是以理论讲授为主的教师主导型传授方法.总体上,教师对课程体系的评价优于研究生. Views on the current curriculum system among the graduate students and teachers are helpful for finding its deficiency and providing basis for improving its quality.3227 graduates and 421 teachers in 21colleges and universities were questionnaired and the results are analysized,and the views were compared among the graduates and teachers.The following deficiencies are found in the research:the curriculum system perform worse in cultivating the practical working ability and innovation ability;the course content is lack of intercrossing,comprehensiveness and practical applicability;the hours of required courses are fewer,and elective courses are more;the teaching method is till teacher priority.The teacher' s evaluation of the curriculum system is better than the graduates.
