临床医学专业研究生对导师责任制实施现状满意度的实证分析研究

The empirical study on clinical graduate student satisfaction to the supervisor responsibility system

为了了解临床医学专业研究生对导师责任制实施情况的满意度,采用自制问卷对湖南省某高校3所附属医院的临床医学专业238名研究生进行问卷调查.调查结果表明,临床医学专业研究生对导师责任制的实施情况持肯定态度,满意度高.女生总体对导师满意度高于男生;专业型研究生对导师满意度高于学术型研究生;高年级研究生对导师满意度高于低年级研究生.进一步分析发现,博士研究生对导师满意度高于硕士研究生;本科就读于“211工程”院校或“985工程”院校的研究生对导师满意度高于本科就读于普通院校的研究生.根据调查结果,对加强研究生导师责任制建设提出了一些建议.

In order to understand the clinical graduate students＇ satisfaction to their supervisors,we perform a survey on 238 graduate students in three affiliated hospitals of one university in Hunan province using self-made questionnaire.The results show that：there is a positive attitude toward the implement of supervisor responsibility system：high satisfaction.The overall satisfaction rate of girls is higher than boys;the overall satisfaction rate of professional degree is higher than science degree;the overall satisfaction rate of senior students is higher than junior.Furthermore,it is showed that higher satisfaction rate of Ph.D.students than master students,and higher satisfaction rate of ＆quot;211 Project＆quot;college graduates than general undergraduates.At the end of the study,some suggestions are proposed to optimize the supervisor responsibility system.
