摘要
为了进一步了解北京某高校医学院研究生“三助”工作对研究生培养的影响,本研究通过对导师的深入访谈,了解他们对于目前学校“三助”岗位实施的看法,分析导师对“三助”岗位的认识,为完善研究生“三助”岗位管理提供参考建议.
To learn more about the effect of training graduate students in a medical school,the graduate students' “three assistant work” has been implemented about six years since 2007.Through indepth interviews of the tutors,this study is to learn their attitude toward to the “three assistant work” and to analyze their understanding so as to provide some suggestions for the management.
