摘要
目的 初步探讨巡诊教学方法在研究生临床教学中的应用价值.方法 选取2011年12月~2012年12月进入武汉大学中南医院神经内科实习的49名临床医学专业学位硕士研究生作为研究对象,将其随机分为实验组(25名)和对照组(24名),实验组采用巡诊教学方法,对照组按照传统教学方法进行教学,时间均为1个月.采取入科室前考核,教学结束后比较两组实习学生教学效果的评价情况、两组学生对带教教师的评价、学生临床实习满意度及理论操作考核成绩等.结果 实验组巡诊教学效果的达标率、对带教教师的评价、实习满意度及理论和操作考核成绩均显著高于对照组,P<0.05,差异具有统计学意义.结论 巡诊教学方法可以有效地提高硕士研究生的自主学习和综合分析临床问题的能力,是一种有效的新型教学方法,值得在临床教学中推广.
Objective To discuss the application of itinerant teaching methods in the clinical teaching of postgraduates.Methods The professional degree postgraduates who participated in clinical practice in Department of Neurology,Zhongnan Hospital of Wuhan University from Dec 2011 to Dec 2012 were consecutively selected and then were randomly assigned into itinerant teaching groups (the experimental group) and traditional teaching group (control group).Assessment were taken before they came and then the evaluation were taken for the two groups at the end,including teaching evaluation,student satisfaction with clinical practice and theory examination.Results A total of 49 students were selected,of which 24 control group and 25 experimental group.The scores of compliance,the evaluation of teachers,trainee satisfaction and theory and examination were significantly higher than that of the control group (P〈0.05).There were statistically significant differences between the two groups.Conclusions The itinerant teaching methods can effectively improve postgraduates' comprehensive ability of self-learning and clinical skills.It is an effective new approach for teaching which is worthy of promotion in clinical teaching.
