摘要
采用CFD(Computational Fluid Dynamics)方法,实现了对大型方箱式二甲苯塔重沸炉从燃烧器、炉膛、炉管整体几何结构的仿真,并且对二甲苯重沸炉内烟气湍流流动、燃烧和传热过程进行了数值模拟研究,计算得到了炉膛内流场,温度场,以及炉管表面热强度分布的详细信息,揭示了炉膛内流动、燃烧和传热过程的特性。模拟计算结果表明,双排双面辐射炉管平均热强度值约是单排单面辐射炉管平均热强度值的1.2倍,为工程设计提供了理论依据。
The whole geometric structures of burner,combustion chamber and furnace tube in large-scale box reboiler furnace were accurately calculated by using CFD(Computational Fluid Dynamics) method.Simulation was presented for the turbulent flow of flue gas,the combustion and the heat transfer in the large-scale box reboiler furnace.Detailed information about the flow field,temperature field and heat flux distribution of tubes was obtained,and the basic characteristics of the flow,combustion and heat transfer process in the furnace were presented.The results showed that the heat flux value of double row with equal radiation from both sides was 1.2times that of single row against wall.It will be helpful to the optimization design of the furnace.
