石油化工中心化验室塑料制样设备的配置

石油化工联合装置通常配套有聚乙烯、聚丙烯等树脂生产装置,中心化验室承担着这些装置的中间控制分析和产品质量检验工作。塑料测试样品的制备是保证测试结果准确并符合相关测试标准的关键环节,塑料制样设备通常也是中心化验室最大和最贵重的设备,在工程设计阶段,正确配置这些设备非常重要。结合石化中心化验室的设计经验,以聚丙烯、聚乙烯装置塑料制样设备的配置为例,对中心化验室塑料制样设备的配置提出建议。

There are usually some resin production plants,such as polyethylene plant and polypropylene plant, in petrochemical complex.The central laboratory is resposible for the control analysis of intermediate products and the qulity control for final products.The plastic specimen preparation equipment,which is usually the biggest and most expensive equipment in the central laboratory,is critical to ensure that the test results are accurate and conform to relative test standards,so it's very important to corretly configurate these equipment during the engineering design stage.Based on the expericences in the engineering design of petrochemical central laboratory,this article takes the configuration of plastic specimen preparation equipemnt for polyethylene and polypropylene plants as examples to give some suggestions on the configuraton of plastic specimen preparation equipment.
