摘要
材料控制工作贯穿于EPC总承包项目设计、采购、施工的全过程。以大型联合炼化装置EPC总承包项目为背景,从材料管理的角度分析材料控制在项目管理中的工作重点:材料控制基础工作文件、设备材料采购状态、现场发料工作包、设备材料状态报表和沟通。结合材料控制工作职责与EPC总承包项目特点,通过实际案例详细介绍材料控制在EPC总承包项目中各阶段的具体工作流程,探讨其在提高工作效率、规范材料管理以及节约项目成本等方面的重要性。
Material control runs throughout the whole process of EPC project including design,procurement and construction.Based on a EPC project of a large refinery and chemical complex,this article analyzes the key points of material control in project management from the perspective of material management,including the basic working papers for material control,the status of equipment and material procurement,the work package of site material delivery,and the equipment and material status report and communication.Combined with the work responsibilities of material control and the characteristics of EPC project,some practical examples are given to introduce in detail the specific work flow of material control in various stages of EPC project and discuss the importance of material control in improving work efficiency,standardizing material management and saving project cost.
