摘要
石化工程设计中,以某丁二烯项目为例,介绍配管专业的设计任务、工作流程、分工范围以及与各个专业的对接条件,简要介绍结构专业与配管专业相关的设计任务,论述配管专业作为结构专业的上游专业,两者分工协作的重要性和两者对接条件的特点。根据分工规定,以打桩条件、框架条件为例,探讨配管专业的分工界面及需要注意的问题。在会签过程中,配管专业应结合提出条件,对结构施工图进行核查、补充,并解决碰撞问题。希望引起配管设计人员的重视,提高设计的质量和效率。
This paper,taking a butadiene project as an example,introduces the design tasks,the working process,the scope of division of labor and the interface conditions proposed to other relevant disciplines by the Piping Discipline,briefly introduces the design tasks of the Civil Discipline related to the Piping Discipline,the upstream discipline of the Civil Discipline,and the importance of the cooperation between them,and summarizes the characteristics of the interface conditions.According to the regulations on the division of labor,this paper takes the piling conditions,framework conditions and foundation conditions as examples to discuss the division interfaces of the Piping Discipline and the problems needing attention.During the countersignature,the Piping Discipline should check and supplement the construction drawings combined with the conditions proposed,and solve the collision problems.This paper aims to draw the attention of piping engineers,so as to improve the quality and efficiency of engineering design.
