介绍了渣油加氢装置通常采用的T型管廊中主管廊的规划,包括管廊长度、宽度、高度的设计思路,管廊断开与柱距选择,空冷器对管廊规模的影响,空冷器入口管道的布置,以及顶部空冷平台、装置界区操作平台及管廊与设备构架连通平台的设计。并着重阐述了管廊上的管道布置,包括工艺管道(放空管道、保温管道及高压管道)、公用工程管道和其他辅助管道的布置(服务点、消防竖管、密闭排放),以及装置各分区管道的续接。
This paper introduces the piping design of the main pipe rack in the widely-used T-type pipe rack of residue hydrotreating unit,including the planning of the length,width and height of the pipe rack,the distance between pillars,the influence of air cooler on the scale of pipe rack,the arrangement of air cooler inlet pipe,and the design of air cooling platform on the top,operation platform in boundary limit and connection platform between the pipe rack and the equipment structure.It discusses in detail the piping of the pipe rack,including the process pipes(vent pipes,thermal insulation pipes and high pressure pipes),the utility pipes and other auxiliary pipes(service points,fire risers and airtight emission),as well as the piping connection among each part of the whole unit.
