浅谈管廊上管道布置的常见问题

DISCUSSION ON THE COMMON PROBLEMS IN THE PIPING LAYOUT ON A PIPE RACK

管廊作为连接装置内各分区的重要纽带,其上敷设有工艺管道、公用工程管道和仪表及电气电缆槽架。沿管廊柱子两侧通常布置有伴热分配站、各种阀组、燃料气分液罐、净化风罐、冷却器等小型设备。合理的布置可有效地节约装置用地及管道材料。为了实现优化设计,在设计过程中要综合考虑各方面因素,充分满足工艺仪表流程图要求及各类管道的相关标准规范。从工艺管道和公用工程管道的布置及支架设置3个方面,阐述了管廊上管道布置的常见问题。

Pipe rack is an important link that connects each zone of a unit.Process piping,utility piping as well as instrument and electric cables are laid on it.Usually tracing stations,valve banks and small equipment such as fuel gas separation tanks,instrument air tanks and coolers are installed along the columns of a pipe rack.The reasonable arrangement can reduce the floor area and pipe material of the unit. To achieve optimum design, various factors shall be considered comprehensively,and the requirements of PIDs,standards and specifications for all types of pipes shall be satisfied.This article introduces some common problems in the piping layout on a pipe rack from the aspects of process piping,utility piping and piping support.
