DISCUSSION ON THE EQUIPMENT LAYOUT AND PIPING LAYOUT OF TEAL SUPPLY IN PP PLANT

阐述了TEAL的特性及其在聚丙烯工艺装置中的作用。从TEAL原料供应的典型工艺流程、设备及管道布置的一般原则等方面探讨TEAL区域设备布置安全设计;通过对TEAL区域设备布置实例的剖析,说明TEAL区域储罐、泵房、TEAL回收、燃烧池及地沟布置的要点。

This article introduces the characteristics of TEAL and its role in PP plant,and discussed the safety design of equipment layout in TEAL area from the aspects of typical process flow of TEAL supply and general principles of equipment and piping layout.The important items in the design of tank,pump house,TEAL recovery,combustion pond and ditch in the TEAL area are presented based on the analysis of some examples.
