摘要
目的探讨联合检测C反应蛋白、同型半胱氨酸、D-二聚体在急性脑梗死诊断中的临床价值。方法选取中医医院脑病科住院的100例脑梗死患者,100例健康体检者为对照,应用免疫透射比浊法、酶循环法、免疫比浊法分别测定两组对象的CRP、Hcy、D-二聚体的水平,并进行对比。结果脑梗死组CRP、Hcy、D-二聚体的水平均显著高于健康对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);急性脑梗死患者血清CRP、Hcy、D-二聚体的血清及血浆浓度值随病情的严重程度而有所不同,重症患者明显高于轻型患者,并显著高于健康对照者,且差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 CRP、Hcy、D-二聚体的水平在急性脑梗死时明显升高,为脑梗死的诊断、了解病情变化及预后提供重要的参考价值。
Objective To investigate the clinical value of the combined detecion of CRP, Hcy and D - dimer in the diagnosis of acute cerebral infarction. Methods 100 cases of acute cerebral infarction patients from brain surgery in hospital of traditional Chinese medicine were selected, as well as another 100 healthy people for comparison. Using the immune turbidimetric method, circulating enzymatic method and immunoassay method, to determine the levels of CRP, Hcy and D -dimer in the two groups, and compare them. Results CRP, Hcy and D - dimer levels of cerebral infarction group were significantly higher than that of the control group, and the differences were statistically significant (P 〈 0.05) ; the serum CRP, Hcy and D - dimer in serum and plasma varied with the severity of acute cerebral infarction, and that of severe patients was significantly higher than that of light patients, and was significantly higher than that of healthy controls, and the differences were statistically significant ( P 〈 0. 05). Conclusion C reactive protein, homocysteine and D - dimer' s levels significantly elevated during acute cerebral in- farction, which provides important reference value for the diagnosis of cerebral infarction, understand the changes of state of ill- ness and prognosis.
