摘要
近年来建筑市场竞争越来越激烈,只有熟悉掌握不同阶段的工程造价管理与控制,才能在建筑市场上占有一席之地。工程项目造价的管理与控制是工程建设项目管理的重要组成部分,只有在工程建设项目全过程中采取有效措施,把工程项目建设所发生的全部费用控制在预算内,并随时进行纠偏,以保证投资估算、设计概算和竣工决算等管理目标的实现,最终达到合理使用人、材、机,以便获得最大投资效益。目前,结合中国中铁推行精细化管理制度,改变以往的粗放管理,提高项目管理水平和盈利能力,本文正是抓住了不同阶段的造价管理,分阶段地详细解读了工程造价在不同阶段的管理与控制。
In recent years, the competence in construction market is becoming more and more fierce. Only by mastering the project cost management and control at different stages, can the enterprise take a place in the construction market. Project cost management and control is an important part of engineering construction project management. Only by taking effective measures to keep the total cost of the constriction project within the budget and timely rectifying, can the goal of investment estimation, design completed budget and final accounts be achieved, and the human, machine and material can be used reasonably, thus achieving the maximum investment benefit. At present, China railway group adopts the system of fine management, changes the previous extensive management and improves project management level and profitability. This article analyzes the project cost management and control at different stages in detail.
