交通造价管理体系的构建思路探索

随着经济的快速发展,我国的交通建设取得了较大进步,交通基础设施得到一定程度的完善,但其工程造价始终居高不下引起了相关部门的注意,进入二十一世纪以后,如何在保证交通设施质量的前提下降低工程造价成为交通建设急需解决的问题,本文将以交通造价管理体系为研究对象,通过加强各级交通造价管理机构的建设和逐步完善交通造价管理体系两个角度,进行构建交通造价管理体系的探索。

With the rapid development of economy, traffic construction has made big progress in China, and the transportation infrastructure gets a certain extent improvement. But the construction cost is still high, it attracts the attention of the relevant departments. After entering the 21st century, how to ensure the quality of traffic facilities under the premise of reducing the project cost becomes the urgent problem of traffic construction. This paper takes the transportation cost management system as the research object, through strengthening the construction of transportation cost management departments at different levels and gradually improving the two angles of transportation cost management system to build the traffic cost management system.
