广西政府服务效能管理现状分析及对策研究

Current Situation Analysis and Countermeasure Research of the Government Service Efficiency in Guangxi Province

本文通过介绍国外政府服务效能的发展,在阐述国外先进政府绩效管理研究方法基础上,分析了广西政府服务效能管理存在的突出问题,并提出了提高思想认识、拓宽资金渠道、规范管理机制、推动简政放权、深化政务公开、推进市场化改革、加强信息技术支撑、创新干部任用制度等八项有效措施。

Through introducing the development of foreign government service efficiency, based on expounding the research methods of foreign advanced government performance management, this paper analyzes the existing problems of government service efficiency management in Guangxi Province, and puts forward eight effective measures such as improving ideological understanding, broadening the financing channels, standardizing the management mechanism, promoting administration streamlined and power delegated, deepening the publicity of government affairs, promoting the reform of marketization, strengthening information technology support, innovating the cadre system and so on.
