摘要
本文所介绍的对讲机内部采用金属框架,外配塑料机壳,具有外形美观、使用方便、通信距离比较远、价格低廉等优点。本机接收部分采用了调频接收专用集成电路MC336l做中放,用场效应管K122作高放,超外差二次变频,接收灵敏度可达0.2u V。发射部分也采用了调频发射专用集成电路MC2833做前级振荡,C2078做末级功率放大,从而使发射机的调试更加简单,适合自行组装、调试。本文以对讲机的原理为核心,简单地阐述了对讲机的分类、接收部分、发射部分、制作和调试。
This article introduced a kind of intercom interior, it uses the metal framework inside and plastic body outside. It has many advantages, such as the nice exterior, convenient application method, far signal distance, low in price and so on. The receiving unit of this aircraft used frequency-modulation reception specific IC MC336l to put high, it uses effect manages K122, the super-heterodyne two frequency conversion, so as the receiving sensitivity may reach 0.2uV. The launch part also uses the frequency modulation launch specific IC MC2833 as the preceding stage shock, C2078 makes the last stage power amplification, thus made transmitter's debugging to be simpler, suited assembles, the debugging voluntarily. This article takes intercom's principle as a core to elaborates intercom's classification, the receiving unit, the launch part, the manufacture and the debugging simply.
