本文结合液晶基板玻璃加工的特点,以及对切割品质的判断依据,分析了切割的原理,并对常见的三种刀轮作出了对比。文中结合生产实际经验,提出了刀轮压力精密调整以及掰断分步进行两项优化措施。经实际检验,很好的改善了切割品质,提高了良品率。

Based on the characteristics of liquid crystal substrate glass processing and the judgment basis of the quality of the cutting, this paper analyzes the principle of cutting, and compares the three common cutter wheels. Combined with the actual production experience, the paper makes the optimization measures of cutter wheel pressure precision adjustment and snapping in step. Through the practical test, it improves the cutting quality well and increases the yield.
