救援技术专业“教练型”双师教学团队建设研究

救援技术专业是煤矿安全类专业群重点建设专业,通过内训外培、内外强化、引聘结合的方式夯实"教练型"双师教学团队的建设基础,通过工学结合的教材开发、校企合作的教科研项目研究、加强核心课程资源开发与利用等方式,深层次挖掘"教练型"双师教学团队的内在潜力,为培养高端技能型矿山救援人才打造雄厚的师资力量。对煤矿相关专业的教学团队建设有一定的借鉴意义。

Mining rescue is key specialty of mining safety. The destination can be achieved by inner-outer training, combining introduction with engagement, developing textbook through combining learning with working, teaching and scientific research by the cooperation between school and enterprise, construction excellent course based on item teaching method, that can exploit potentialities of teaching team towards coaching dual teacher type. It provided the qualification of teachers in mining rescue specialty. That has reference significance for relevant professional teaching team construction in coal mine.
