随着中国高速铁路的发展,许多高铁车站相继建立起来,高铁车站和普速车站的管理模式存在较大差异,本文结合工作实际,从职工队伍建设、高铁作业安全、服务质量等方面探索高铁车站综合管理的新模式。

With the development of China＇s high-speed rail, many high-speed rail station have been set up. There are large difference between the management mode high-speed railway station and ordiay speed station. Based on practical work, this article explores a new mode of integrated management of high speed rail station from staff team construction, high-speed operation safety, service quality, etc.
