On the Repair Methods of Engine Cable

发动机电缆结构复杂,故障情况多样,常规的电缆修理方法不仅成本较高,而且维修效果并不是很理想。由于发动机电缆的修理质量,直接关系到发动机使用的可靠性。因此,本文通过对一款大型发动机电缆的故障分析、研究,探索出一套提高该型发动机电缆修理质量的修理方法,以实现维修效果的提升,降低维修成本的目的。

The structure of engine cable is complex, and the fault conditions of it are various. The cost of conventional cable repair methods is high, and maintenance effect is not very good. The repair quality of engine cable is directly related to the use reliability of the engine. Through the analysis and study of the cable fault of a large engine, this paper explores a set of repair method of improving the repair quality of this engine cable to improve the repair effect and reduce the maintenance cost.
