摘要
行走架焊接体是河北宣化工程机械股份有限公司平架系列推土机的主要组成部分,在实际加工过程中,检测到小孔尺寸公差有时超出允许范围,严重影响产品质量,针对此问题进行研究,专项解决这个问题,最终达到提高产品加工质量的目的。
Walking frame welding body is the main component of flat rack series bulldozers of Xuanhua Construction Machinery Co., Ltd.. In actual machining process, the hole size tolerance may exceed the allowed range sometimes, which seriously influences the product quality. According to this problem, this paper dedicated to solve this problem to finally achieve the goal of improving the quality of product processing.
