摘要
在国内白酒行业整体面临下行趋势的形势下,贵州省的中小型白酒企业都面临着不同程度的生产经营压力。一部分部分企业不得不选择停工,甚至因资金流转不及时而倒闭破产。本文从对流通渠道的开发设计、资源的有效调配、销售终端的拓展与维护等方面入手,对贵州省中小型白酒企业在重组整合后的渠道管理与终端维护对策进行了深入研究,力争解决中小型白酒企业的经营难题。
Facing the downward trend situation of domestic liquor industry, Guizhou small and medium liquor companies are facing varying degrees of production and operating pressure. Part of enterprises has to choose shutdown, or even face bankruptcies because of not timely cash flow. This paper made in-depth research on the channel management and terminal maintenance measures of small and medium liquor companies after corporate restructuring from the design and development of distribution channels, effective deployment of resources, expansion and maintenance of sales terminals and other aspects in order to solve the business problems of small and medium liquor companies.
