摘要
我国已经进入老龄化社会,老龄化问题越来越受到社会关注。针对广州老年公寓质量和服务无法很好服务老年人群的状况,文章通过分析美国和日本老年公寓的发展经验,从政府和企业两个方面提出广州老年公寓发展的建议。
Along with China has entered the aging society, society pays more attention to the aging problem. Focusing on the quality and service of apartments for the elderly in Guangzhou can＇t serve the elderly population well, this article analyzes the development experience of the United States and Japan＇s apartments for the elderly to suggests some advices to governments and enterprises on the apartment development.
