摘要
为解决坚硬煤层注水难度大的问题,对煤层采取爆破致裂的技术,增加煤体裂隙,以平顶山矿区某煤矿为研究对象,验证了爆破致裂增注技术在坚硬煤层中的应用效果。结果表明:单孔爆破后裂隙扩展范围达到2~3 m,注水流量及总注水量比普通钻孔显著增大。双孔同时爆破时,由于应力波的相互叠加,使煤体应力重新分布,在两孔之间形成相互贯通的径向裂隙和环向裂隙,裂隙扩展范围可达6 m,爆破效果优于单孔爆破。
In order to solve the problem of hard coal seam blast cracking difficultly, the blast cracking technol- ogy was used to coal seam, and increased coal seam fissure, took a coal study subject, to verify application effect of the blasting crack augmen seam. The result showed that the crack extended range reached 2 - 3m mine of Pingdingshan Mining Area as ted injection technology in hard coal after the single -hole blasting, Water injection flow rate and total volume increased significantly than normal drilling. When double holes blasting at the same time, made the coal body stress redistribution, between two holes in the formation of mutual penetra- tion of radial fracture and the ring into the fissure, The fracture extended range could be up to 6 m, the blasting effect is better than that of single hole blasting.
