腹腔镜直接旋切法剔除子宫肌瘤的临床疗效

Clinical efficacy of laparoscopic direct rotary cutting myomectomy

目的:探讨腹腔镜直接旋切法剔除子宫肌瘤的临床效果。方法:120例子宫肌瘤患者,随机分为研究组和对照组,每组60例。研究组行腹腔镜直接旋切法剔除子宫肌瘤,对照组行传统的腹腔镜下剔除子宫肌瘤。比较两组手术时间、术中出血量、术后肛门排气时间、麻醉费用、治疗效果。结果:研究组手术时间、术中出血量、麻醉费用均少于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01),术后肛门排气时间、术后病率两组比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:腹腔镜直接旋切法剔除子宫肌瘤,操作简单、安全,治疗效果更好。

Objective：To explore clinical efficacy of laparoscopic direct spinning myomectomy. Methods：120 patients with uterine leiomyoma were randomly divided into study group and control group, 60 cases in each group, laparoscopic direct rotary cutting myomectomy was used in the study group, conventional laparoscopic myomectomy was used in the control group. The operation time, intraoperative bleeding volume, postoperative anal exhaust time, the cost of anesthesia and postoperative efficacy were compared between two groups. Results- The study group had lower operation time, amount of bleeding and cost of anesthesia when compared with the control group （P〈 0.05）. Postoperative anal exhaust time and postoperative morbidity were no significant different between two groups （P〉0.05）. Conclusion. Laparoscopic direct rotary cutting myomectomy is a simple, safe and effective treatment method.
