叉头框蛋白M1(forkhead box M1,Fox M1)是一种转录因子蛋白质,具有调节细胞周期等重要作用.近年研究发现,Fox M1与胰腺癌的发病有明显的相关性.本文就Fox M1在胰腺癌的新生、增殖、转移等方面进行综述.

Forkhead box M1（Fox M1） is a transcription factor that can regulate cell cycle progression. Recently, increasing evidence has demonstrated that Fox M1 is significantly associated with the pathogenesis of pancreatic cancer. In this review, we focus on the roles of Fox M1 in the initiation, progression and metastasis of pancreatic cancer.
