结直肠不同肠段的息肉及腺瘤检出率分析

摘要 腺瘤检出率（adenoma detection rate,ADR）是评价结肠镜检查质量的重要标准[1-2].但ADR需结肠镜检查结果与组织学检查结果相结合,通常难以直接获得.一、对象与方法1.研究对象：选择2013年1月至6月在深圳市第二人民医院内镜中心接受结肠镜检查者为研究对象.排除标准：结肠镜检查未达回盲部,因肠道准备不充分而不能发现最大径≤5 mm的息肉.共2 41 9例受检者入选.≥60岁者（老年组）453例,其中男246例,女207例,年龄为60～87岁,平均年龄为67岁.＜60岁者（中青年组）1 966例,其中男1 064例,女902例,年龄为13～59岁,平均年龄为42岁.所有入选者皆签署知情同意书,本研究获医院伦理委员会审核批准（2014-011303）.
