嗜酸细胞性食管炎一例

摘要 患者男,45岁.因胸骨后烧灼感伴吞咽疼痛、反酸1个月余于2014年5月20日就诊.患者1个月余前开始出现胸骨后烧灼感,伴反酸、吞咽疼痛,无明显吞咽困难和恶心、呕吐等症状,当地医院给予奥美拉唑等治疗无效.患者既往有慢性胃炎史,无过敏性疾病史,无特殊物质食入或吸入史,其母患食管癌.体格检查：精神稍差,浅表淋巴结不肿大,心肺检查未发现异常.腹部无压痛,未触及包块.血常规：WBC计数为7.1×109/L,中性粒细胞为0.62,淋巴细胞为0.31,嗜酸粒细胞为0.03,嗜酸粒细胞计数、RBC计数、Hb、PLT计数均在正常值范围.
