Microstructure and Properties of H13 Steel After Alloy Optimization

摘要 采用正交实验法研究了V,Cr与Mo元素的加入对Mn优化H13钢组织与硬度的影响。研究表明:V含量小于3at%时能显著降低晶界偏析并使晶粒得到细化;Cr含量为7at%~9at%的钢组织比较均匀且基体上弥散分布着细小的碳化物,其力学性能得到提高;1.5at%~3at%Mo的固溶强化能提高钢的硬度。 The effects of the addition of V,Cr and Mo elements on the microstructure and hardness of Mn optimized H13 steel were studied.The results show that,the grain boundary segregation reduces markedly and the grain refinement occurrs when less than 3% of V is added; uniform microstructure,obtained and fine carbides distributed on the substrate diffusely when the content of Cr is 7at% to 9at%,at the same time,the mechanical performance has been improved significantly.The solid solution strengthening can significantly increase the hardness when 1.5 at %-3 at % Mo is added.The optimal microstructure was observed in Mn3V3Cr9Mo3H13 steel.
