摘要
采用扩散偶技术和电子探针(EPMA)分析手段对Mg-Zn-Y三元系553 K的等温截面进行研究。实验中测得了三个三元化合物W、H和X及其相应的成分,针对W相区出现的深色点状物和针状物,在不同位置进行了平均成分分析,推测深色物质为纯Mg,Y和Zn在Mg2Y相有较大固溶度。对扩散偶中出现的稳定平衡和亚稳平衡给出了解释,亚稳平衡出现的主要原因是稳定相的消失。
The isothermal section of Mg-Zn-Y system at 553 K was established by diffusion multiple and electron probe microanalysis(EPMA).The composition of the ternary compounds,W,H and X,were determined.Many fine dots and needles appearing in the W-phase region are speculated to pure Mg by EPMA.Mg2 Y has a noticeable solid solution of Y and Zn.The reasonable explanation is given for the equilibria appearing in the diffusion multiple.
