摘要
针对高含硫油气田开发过程中所面临的材料腐蚀问题,利用CORTEST哈氏合金高压釜对高强度Inconel718合金在2.07MPa H2S分压、3.45MPa CO2分压、10%Na Cl水溶液,177℃下进行720h的应力腐蚀开裂试验。研究在此环境下合金材料的应力腐蚀敏感性,运用EPMA分析了试样被腐蚀后的微观形貌与结构特征,利用ICP分析了水样成分,对比发现了腐蚀后钝化膜表面主要是Ni S2和Cr2S3。应力腐蚀开裂试验表明,这种高强度Inconel718合金在不强于此环境下的应力腐蚀敏感性小,未发现应力腐蚀裂纹。
To resolve the materials corrosion problems during exploiting high sulfur oil and gas field,the stress corrosion crack(SCC) behavior of Inconel718 alloy for 720 h was studied,under H2 S partial pressure of 2.07 MPa,CO2 partial pressure of3.45 MPa,10%Na Cl aqueous solution and test temperature of 177℃.The electronic parts Manufacturers Association(EPMA)methods was applied to characterize the microstructure and corrosion performance of the samples,and Inductively Coupled Plasma(ICP) was used to solution after test.The results show that passive film is mainly composed of Ni S2 and Cr2S3,the stress corrosion sensitivity is very low for high strength Inconel718 alloy,and no stress corrosion crack appears.
