摘要
利用热压扩散焊接工艺,分别在不同焊接时间条件下制备了结构为Ti/Al/Ti/Sn O2+Sb2O3/Pb O2的层状复合涂层电极,通过扫描电镜分析了Ti/Al基体的组织结构和表面形貌,采用四探针法测量了复合电极基体电阻并测试了电极加速寿命。结果表明:基体焊接时间为120 min时,制备的Ti/Al基复合涂层电极表面活性物质Pb O2颗粒尺寸均匀细小且比表面积大,具有良好的电化学性能;与传统的Ti/Sn O2+Sb2O3/Pb O2相比,电阻率仅为纯Ti的1/10。加速寿命试验测得的电极寿命达46 h,具有良好的稳定性。
Ti/Al/Ti/Sn O2+Sb2O3/Pb O2 composite electrode was prepared by hot-pressing diffusion bonding.The microstructure and morphology of composite electrode were analyzed by SEM.The electrochemical properties and lifetime of composite electrode were assessed by polarization method,electrochemical impedance spectroscopy and accelerated lifetime test.The results show that Ti/Al layered composite anode with uniform size,large specific surface area and good electrocatalytic performance has excellent electrochemical properties.In contrast to traditional Ti/Sn O2+Sb2O3/Pb O2 anode,the electrical resistivity of the anode is only 1/10 of pure Ti.The accelerated lifetime of the novel anode is 46 h,which show good stability and durability.
